Nice work on the caching layer! One thing though - I notice you're caching the entire user object. Back in PR #1653, I mentioned we should only cache what we need to reduce memory footprint. Try caching just the user ID and role.
Also, your cache key doesn't include the tenant ID. This could leak data across organizations. Remember the security audit from Q3? Always scope cache keys to prevent cross-tenant contamination.
